Spirit-Empowered Lives: We’re learning to live in and through the Holy Spirit by fueling our lives on the presence, power, and gifts of God (John 20:22; Acts 2:1-47; 19:1-7; Romans 12:1-8; 1 Corinthians 12; Galatians 5:16-26; Ephesians 5:18-6:9)

Word-Centered Lives: We’re learning to read and live the biblical message as Jesus did, and to share its truth with others through our deeds as well as our words. (Hebrews 1:1-2; Philippians 2:5-11; Acts 2:22-24; Acts 17:22-31; James 1:22)

Lives of Virtue and Goodness: We’re learning to “taste” God’s goodness and develop a hunger for holiness and purity of heart. We’re learning to Re-form our hearts to respond to life’s challenges in faith and with integrity. (Matthew 5-7; Luke 6:20-49; Romans 12:1- 15:7 )

Generous Lives: We’re learning to reflect God’s image everywhere by listening patiently, giving freely, and living thankfully and to see and enjoy His presence in all creation. A Generous life is a life of blessing. (Psalms 8, 19, 24, 29, 42, 104, 136, 139, Mark 12:29-31; Luke 6:28-35; Matthew 5:45-48; John 13:31-35; Luke 15:11-31; Matthew 10:13; Luke 10:5-6)

Compassionate Lives: We’re learning to first receive and then express God’s love for everyone by adopting His attitude of grace, and engaging in acts that promote His kindness, justice, mercy, and reconciliation for all. We practice compassionate living as we embrace the hope of positive change. (Matthew 22:36-40; John 3:16; 1 John 2:2; 2 Corinthians 5:19-20; Micah 6:8 )

Lives of Service to Others: We’re learning to influence our world by serving all people as instruments of God’s peace. (Matthew 5:13-16, 25:31-45; Mark 10:35-45; John 13:1- 17; Ephesians 5:25; Phil 2:3-8)
